Scenic Limited Train, Wed, Sat & Sun in April.
See the wildflowers of Solano County on board the Scenic Limited Train, which takes visitors five miles down the Old Sacramento Northern Railway. The trip lasts about an hour, and riders catch views of native wildflowers covering the hillsides and fields.


First Class passengers ride in the 1914 Salt Lake and Utah Railway observation parlor car, enjoying complimentary cookies and lemonade served by uniformed attendants. Coach passengers ride in a car that spent its working life on the same rail line the Museum now owns and preserves: the Oakland, Antioch and Eastern, later known as the Sacramento Northern.
