Events:Scandinavian Festival, Apr 19-20.
The singing of national anthems, folk music and dancing follow the colorful opening parade of flag bearers and Scandinavian dignitaries. The festival features the countries of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. In keeping with the festival tradition, the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will also participate. Admission: $3-$5.
